After Bush and Than Shwe passed away and were sent to hell ...Then the satan asked them wat they wish to do before the purnishment ...And both of them requested to make a call to their relatives ...So after calling,Bush had to pay $1000 ...And as for Than Shwe he had to pay only $10 ...So Bush thought that was unfair and asked why it is that ?The Satan said cuz it is a local call !!!...................
